  • 5 killed, 6 injured in bus-car collision at Muktsar

    Five people were killed and six others injured in an accident on the bypass near the TMH resort here. The accident took place on Wednesday afternoon when a bus of the Punbus (PB30H 9948), on way from Muktsar to Ambala, got involved in a collision with a cruiser car (PB30G 9572), carrying 11 passengers, who were travelling to Khudiya Gulab Singh near Malout to attend a 'bhog' ceremony. The driver of the bus fled from the spot and has been absconding.
