The Shiromani Gurdwara Prabhandak Committee (SGPC) would start Nagar Kirtan from Nankana Sahib, the birth place of first guru of the Sikhs, on  first August, 2019. The Nagar Kirtan will be led by Panj Piyars draped  in their Safron-Panthic colour robes  with unseethed  Kirpans (swords) in their hands.
